FOOD FIGHT!

“FOOD FIGHT! A Battle for a Better You!” is the Skwalkers newest Tour Show!

FOOD FIGHT! Is a show created in partnership with the Chattanooga Hamilton County Medical Alliance and will be touring to ten Hamilton County Middle Schools during February and March 2006. The show was written and produced to provide Middle School students an opportunity to learn about healthy choices in food and activities in a way that is both entertaining, engaging and informative.

INFO ABOUT FOODFIGHT:
This original musical features Ty, an average middle school kid (played by Jerry Bowman) who is described as a kid who is unassuming, swayed by pop culture and like most middle school boys longs to be accepted by his peers. He is into video games and girls, and his biggest weakness is fast food. “GOOP”, the villain of the story, is temptation, gluttony, and selfishness. She wears many disguises to lure her prey: the young, hungry, and unsuspecting kids who don’t bother to read the labels, have no time for breakfast, and who love to eat as much fast food and pizza as they can get their hands on. Her weakness is water and her nemesis “Purity”. “PURITY” is our superhero! A schoolgirl by day and a super hero by night, she fights the battle of the bulge. She goes by the alias “Paula”and works to protect young and innocent folks from the temptations of her nemesis “GOOP”. Her weakness is chocolate.

Food Fight is made possible through funding from the Chattanooga Hamilton County Medical Alliance. To book the FOOD FIGHT in your school contact Rana Hill of the Chattanooga Hamilton County Medical Alliance at 820-8132 or email ranahill@hotmail.com
